J2HD LLC is a two-truck screen repair company in Sarasota. This page describes what happens to the information you give us when you ask for a measure. It is short because the answer is short.

Information we receive

From the measure request form: your name, phone number, property address, approximate cage size, mesh preference, whether the damage is storm-related, how many panels are affected, and any notes you add. If you call, the estimator writes the same information on a work order.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, user agent, requested page and time — for security and diagnostics. There are no advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts on this site.

What we use it for

Scheduling the on-site measure, preparing your written scope and fixed price, ordering the correct mesh and extrusion for your job, coordinating the crew, and following up on warranty questions afterwards. Storm-damage answers are what let us decide whether you need a same-day stabilization visit before the next front.

Who it is shared with

The owner, the estimator and the crew assigned to your address. Material quantities go to our screen and aluminum supplier tied to your job number. We do not sell contact information, we do not share it with lead-generation networks, and we do not send your details to other contractors.

Retention

Measure requests that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Completed job files — scope, change orders, invoice and warranty — are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes.

Your choices

Email [email protected] or call (941) 555-0172 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your request deleted. We will action deletion requests within ten business days, except for records attached to a completed job that we are required to keep.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions arrive in a company mailbox protected with two-factor authentication. Printed work orders stay in the truck binder and the office at 2198 Main Street.

Children

Our services are arranged by property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
